長谷川式認知症スケール(HDS-R)

・HAS-BLED score は、心房細動患者での重篤な出血の予測因子として、提唱されたスコアである。

・不整脈治療ガイドライン(2020)では、抗凝固療法の使用前に HAS-BLED score での評価を『推奨』している。

・３点以上を高リスク患者とする。 高リスク患者に抗凝固療法を行う際は厳格な経過観察を必要とする。
